Wellness & Spa is a relaxation place, therefore we kindly ask you to switch off your mobile phones during your visit. Please respect the peace and privacy of all guests. Your comfort and safety is our biggest concern and priority.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
Children below 16 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or above. Admission to saunas, fitness and Spa treatment is intended for persons from 16 years of age.
HEALTH CONDITION REQUIREMENTS
When making a reservation please inform us about any health requirements, allergies or injuries which might affect the services provided. The Spa reserves the right to refuse treatment or suggest alternative treatment if any contraindications occur. The majority of treatment procedures are not suitable for pregnant women and small children.
CLEANLINESS
Thanks to our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene all textiles are sterile and changed after every treatment procedure. Please take shower before using the pools or saunas and before the treatment procedures. Bathrobe and slippers should be worn within the Spa premises. Please leave all used towels and sheets in the laundry baskets. When in dry sauna use a sheet for that purpose. Always use towel while exercising on fitness equipment in the fitness.
ACCIDENTS OR INJURIES
Wellness & Spa does not bear the responsibility for any accident or injury of a member or guest.
RESTRICTIONS
Smoking and using of cameras is strictly forbidden in all premises.
SATISFYING YOUR NEEDS
We are very pleased to assist you in designing your personal Spa programme at our reception desk. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your treatment procedure, so that you can familiarise yourself with Spa premises, take shower before body procedures and savour a cup of tea.
HOW TO CANCEL RESERVATION
Please notify us one day in advance on the telephone extention number 550 if you have to cancel or change any of the treatment procedures. In case you do not notify us one day in advance you will have to pay the full amount for not showing or being late for the reserved procedure.
LATE ARRIVALS
We are sorry that it is not possible to extend planned duration of your treatment. If you arrive later than planned, the treatment procedure will be shortened accordingly with no entitlement to price reduction. In case the client is late and there is not enough time to complete the treatment, full amount will be charged for this treatment procedure.
PREPARING FOR YOUR TREATMENT PROCEDURES
We do not recommend you to shave the body immediately before the peeling treatment. Also if you are sunburned it is not advisable to undergo this type of Spa treatment. For men it is recommended to shave before skin treatments. Please ensure sufficient fluid intake to avoid dehydration especially after taking our temperature demanding treatment procedures (hot bath, sauna, thermal body wraps etc.). Minimise consumption of alcohol and coffee. The majority of body treatment procedures are performed with no clothes on. Your therapist will provide you with the privacy to change and single-use underwear; all parts of the body not being treated at the moment will be covered with towels during the treatment.
WHAT TO WEAR
We will provide you with a locker for your personal belongings. If you are planning to use the fitness services please wear appropriate sportswear and footwear. You are kindly requested to wear a swimming costume in the pool area. Your therapist will provide you with single-use underwear before your treatment procedure (if required).
LOSS OR DAMAGE
We apologise that we cannot bear the responsibility for any loss or damage to the personal belongings. We recommend you to keep the valuables in your hotel room safe or hotel reception safe. Similarly, leave your hotel room keys only at the main hotel reception desk.
SPA SHOP
Our Spa shop has in stock exclusive cosmetic products for your daily care as well as wellness accessories and gifts. Unopened retail products can be exchanged within fourteen days from the purchase if returned together with the payment receipt.
